Meet Lavette

Lavette Shrem was an actor in NYC performing on stage and screen for years. Her love of design began during her extensive travels, then grew as she studied stage and set design. While acting, she became an assistant to Deborah Buck - artist, designer and owner of the antique jewel box, Buck House on Madison Avenue. Over seven years, Lavette gained insight into the design world working with various top designers and their clients. Eventually, her passion for design blossomed into her own company. 

The philosophy of Lavette's Home Style is to listen to the client and help them bring their own visions to life. From simply choosing a paint color to a complete overhaul of your space, Lavette will work with you to make it your own.
